• GFWO reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Scope of Free Website Service

• The free website includes basic design, structure, and setup tailored to the client’s submitted requirements.
• SEO structure, responsiveness, and basic lead capture forms may be included as part of the service.
• Ongoing maintenance, content updates, premium plugins, or advanced integrations are not included under the free package unless otherwise agreed.

3. Premium Services

• Users requiring complex websites, including e-commerce, membership systems, booking systems, or custom functionalities, will be quoted separately under our Premium Website Services.
• Premium services start at $1000 per website. Exact pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the project.

4. Domain and Hosting

• All free website recipients are required to purchase hosting services through our premium hosting providers.
• We may receive a referral commission from third-party hosting providers at no additional cost to you.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate information, content (text/images), and timely feedback throughout the website creation process.
• Any delays in communication or content submission may result in project delays.

6. Intellectual Property

• The website design and assets created by GFWO remain the intellectual property of GFWO until full ownership is transferred upon final delivery.
• You retain ownership of your original content provided for the website.
